The stunning Buccament Bay Resort situated on the luscious Caribbean island of St. Vincent is home to 100’s of investors property investments and recently voted '2012 Caribbean's Leading New Hotel' and '2012 St Vincent the Grenadines' Leading Spa Resort'. 

Two of our investors took advantage of this opportunity, opting to each purchase a fourth floor studio suite on phase two of the resort in January 2010. The purchase price of these particular properties was secured at £125,000. Today (August 2012) the red book valuation of these studio suite properties stands at £240,000.

If the investors decided to sell the properties now they would realise a capital growth of 92%.

Bearing in mind they have secured the properties by paying a deposit of 30% (£37,500) the asset they have secured currently stands at a massive 306% return on their investment!

Many properties have already been released to the tourism market with more completing in 2014 at which time adding to the capital growth the investors will benefit from a 50% share of the net room rate giving them an income of circa £24,000 per annum.

This rental figure is already being achieved in phase 1 of the development which is continually growing in strength achieving an occupancy rate (% nights a year the rooms are occupied) of 75%.

With the lowest room rental currently standing at £240 per night it is easy to see how this rental income is not just achievable but actually happening right now!
